When it comes to shopping with us, we want the experience to be as smooth and delightful as possible. That’s why we’ve got the shipping process sorted out for you, delivering your orders swiftly and securely right to your doorstep.

We’ve partnered with Royal Mail for all our UK shipments, and we offer two convenient options for you to choose from:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Can’t wait to get your hands on your new bling? Opt for our next working day delivery service at just £3.30. Royal Mail aims to deliver these parcels the next working day after we dispatch them, so you won’t have to wait long to start flaunting your new pieces!
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: If you’re the patient kind and fancy a more eco-friendly choice, this is the one for you. At a cost-effective £2.70, Royal Mail aims to deliver these parcels within two to three working days post-dispatch. Fun fact: this service reaches over 94% of our postcodes within the two-day delivery aim!

And guess what? We’ve got a treat for all orders over £75 – we’ll ship them absolutely free of charge!

Please note, we usually dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days after they’re placed. Add your chosen delivery time to this, and voila, you’ll know when to expect your shiny new parcel.

Returns

Changed your mind or not quite feeling the sparkle? No worries at all! We’re all about making sure you absolutely love your new pieces.

If for any reason you’re not head over heels with your purchase, we’ve got a straightforward returns process in place. You can send back any unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, apart from a couple of exceptions: our sale items like to stick where they land and can’t be returned.

Just drop us a message if you’d like a refund or an exchange. We’re always here to help!

We should note that you’ll need to cover the cost of return postage, unless of course, the product was defective. In that case, we’ll take care of it. Also, while we’d love to accept all returns, earrings that have been tried on can’t come back to us, for hygiene reasons.
